有源電力濾波器在小區配電系統中的應用與選型

摘要:隨著科學(xue)技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展,大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電力(li)(li)電子(zi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)于工業的(de)(de)(de)(de)冬個(ge)領域,給(gei)工業帶(dai)來了翻天覆地(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化,但大(da)量(liang)電力(li)(li)電子(zi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛(fan)應用(yong),同時(shi)也(ye)給(gei)電力(li)(li)系(xi)統這個(ge)環境帶(dai)來了嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)“污染(ran)",其根(gen)本原因就是(shi)(shi)電力(li)(li)電子(zi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是(shi)(shi)非(fei)線性負荷(he),在系(xi)統中(zhong)運行(xing)會產生(sheng)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo),造成(cheng)十分嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)危害(hai)。有源電力(li)(li)濾波(bo)(bo)器(ActivePowerFilter)是(shi)(shi)目前研究比較深入的(de)(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),它是(shi)(shi)一種(zhong)用(yong)于動(dong)態補償(chang)(chang),既可(ke)抑(yi)(yi)制(zhi)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo),又可(ke)以(yi)補償(chang)(chang)無功(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新型電力(li)(li)電子(zi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),它能(neng)對大(da)小和頻(pin)率都(dou)變化的(de)(de)(de)(de)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)以(yi)及變化的(de)(de)(de)(de)無功(gong)進行(xing)補償(chang)(chang),其應用(yong)可(ke)克服LC濾波(bo)(bo)器等傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)抑(yi)(yi)制(zhi)和無功(gong)補償(chang)(chang)方法的(de)(de)(de)(de)缺點。

1導言

有(you)源濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)器采用的(de)(de)是(shi)現代電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子技術、數字信號處理技術和先進控制理論的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力技術,它有(you)助(zhu)于電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)動態性實時補償(chang),是(shi)目前解決諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)污染、改善電(dian)(dian)能質量*有(you)效和*具潛力的(de)(de)途徑(jing)之一。一直(zhi)以來諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)問(wen)題只在(zai)工(gong)業領域受到重視(shi),在(zai)小區配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中很少受到關注。有(you)調查(cha)結(jie)果表明,小區配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)污染程度已經非(fei)常嚴重,且(qie)有(you)逐(zhu)年加劇的(de)(de)形勢。因此,小區配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)治理勢在(zai)必行。

2低壓配電網的(de)主要諧波源

隨著現代工業技術和民用(yong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)行業的快速(su)發展,配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中非(fei)(fei)線性負荷迅速(su)增加。各(ge)種非(fei)(fei)線性和時變性電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)變流(liu)(liu)器(qi)如(ru)逆變器(qi)、整流(liu)(liu)器(qi)和各(ge)種開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源在工業生產(chan)和日(ri)常生活中得到越來越廣泛地應用(yong),其對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的污染也日(ri)益(yi)嚴(yan)重(zhong),這(zhe)些(xie)裝置(zhi)從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中消耗大(da)(da)量(liang)的無功功率(lv),并(bing)產(chan)生大(da)(da)量(liang)的諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)分量(liang)注(zhu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang),導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)波(bo)(bo)形嚴(yan)重(zhong)變形,從(cong)而逐漸(jian)成為配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中*主要(yao)的諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)源。而在低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中,民用(yong)和商業用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)所占的比(bi)例日(ri)益(yi)增大(da)(da),各(ge)種辦公自(zi)動化設(she)備和家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的日(ri)益(yi)普及(ji),雖然這(zhe)些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)單個的功率(lv)并(bing)不大(da)(da),向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)注(zhu)入的諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)很(hen)小,但(dan)由于總體數量(liang)龐大(da)(da)且(qie)工作同(tong)時性強,它們向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)注(zhu)入的總諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)非(fei)(fei)常巨大(da)(da),所以建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)逐漸(jian)成為低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的主要(yao)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)污染源之一。

3諧的治方案

3.1主動型治理方案

常見的(de)主動型治理方(fang)案(an)就(jiu)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)高功(gong)(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)變(bian)流器。電力電子裝置是(shi)電力系統(tong)中(zhong)*主要的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)源,抑制(zhi)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)*直接的(de)的(de)途徑,就(jiu)是(shi)開發新型變(bian)流器一一單位功(gong)(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)變(bian)流器(UnityPowerFactorConverter),這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)變(bian)流器在工作過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)產(chan)生諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),且功(gong)(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)為(wei)1。高功(gong)(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)變(bian)流器可(ke)(ke)近似看成為(wei)單位功(gong)(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)變(bian)流器。采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)重化(hua)技(ji)術可(ke)(ke)以(yi)有效地減少變(bian)流器諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),其原理是(shi):多(duo)個方(fang)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)疊加可(ke)(ke)以(yi)消(xiao)除次數(shu)較低的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),從而得(de)到近似正(zheng)弦波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)階梯波(bo)(bo)(bo),重數(shu)越多(duo),所得(de)波(bo)(bo)(bo)形越接近正(zheng)弦波(bo)(bo)(bo),但電路結構也越復雜。如果將多(duo)重化(hua)技(ji)術與(yu)PWM技(ji)術相(xiang)配(pei)合,可(ke)(ke)取得(de)更加理想的(de)結果。這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)方(fang)案(an)一般(ban)需要投入大(da)量的(de)資金,普通電力用(yong)戶難以(yi)接受。因此這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)大(da)多(duo)應用(yong)于大(da)容量場合。

3.2被(bei)動型治理方(fang)案

1)傳統的(de)諧波(bo)(bo)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)裝置(zhi)就是(shi)采(cai)用由電(dian)(dian)感(gan)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)串并(bing)聯構(gou)(gou)成的(de)LC調諧濾波(bo)(bo)器,結構(gou)(gou)如圖1所示.利(li)用諧振原理對特(te)定次數諧波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)形(xing)成低阻抗(kang),達到對諧波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)分離(li),使(shi)其不注入電(dian)(dian)網。這種方法既可抑制(zhi)諧波(bo)(bo),又可補(bu)償(chang)(chang)無功功率,而且結構(gou)(gou)簡單,已(yi)經被(bei)廣泛使(shi)用于電(dian)(dian)力系統。然而,這種諧波(bo)(bo)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)裝置(zhi)的(de)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)性能受電(dian)(dian)網阻抗(kang)和運行(xing)狀態影響,因其與系統的(de)并(bing)聯連接方式,容(rong)易發生并(bing)聯諧振,使(shi)諧波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)放大,導致LC濾波(bo)(bo)器過載甚至燒毀。此外,固定的(de)拓撲結構(gou)(gou)決定這種濾波(bo)(bo)器只能對固定頻率的(de)諧波(bo)(bo)進行(xing)補(bu)償(chang)(chang),且補(bu)償(chang)(chang)效果并(bing)不理想。盡管如此,因其結構(gou)(gou)簡單、價格低廉等(deng)優勢,LC濾波(bo)(bo)器目(mu)前仍是(shi)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)諧波(bo)(bo)*主要的(de)方案。

  1. 現(xian)今越(yue)來越(yue)流(liu)(liu)行的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)抑(yi)制諧(xie)波的(de)被(bei)動型方(fang)案,就是采用有源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)濾波器(ActivePowerFilterAPF)。有源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)濾波器也是一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子裝置(zhi)。其(qi)基本原理是從補(bu)償(chang)(chang)對(dui)象中檢測出諧(xie)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),由(you)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)裝置(zhi)產生一(yi)個與(yu)該諧(xie)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大(da)小相(xiang)等而(er)極性相(xiang)反的(de)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)注入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網,與(yu)諧(xie)波源(yuan)注入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)諧(xie)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)相(xiang)抵(di)消,從而(er)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不含諧(xie)波分(fen)量(liang)、只含基波分(fen)量(liang)。這種(zhong)(zhong)濾波器能對(dui)幅(fu)值和頻(pin)率(lv)都變化的(de)諧(xie)波進行實時跟蹤補(bu)償(chang)(chang),且補(bu)償(chang)(chang)性能不受電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網阻抗的(de)影響,因而(er)受到很(hen)大(da)的(de)重視。

4小區網產及

4.1小區(qu)配電網(wang)諧波產生的原(yuan)因

正(zheng)弦(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓作用(yong)(yong)在非(fei)線(xian)性(xing)負(fu)載上(shang)產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不是標(biao)準正(zheng)弦(xian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),而是發生(sheng)了畸變(bian)。根據傅里葉級數(shu)理(li)論(lun),可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)進行傅里葉積分(fen),分(fen)解出(chu)以(yi)基(ji)(ji)波(bo)頻率為基(ji)(ji)礎的(de)各(ge)次(ci)諧波(bo),即電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)中除了基(ji)(ji)波(bo)(50Hz)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)以(yi)外,還(huan)有2次(ci)(100Hz)、3次(ci)(150Hz)··...·各(ge)次(ci)諧波(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。家庭中使用(yong)(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)器設(she)備多數(shu)都(dou)(dou)是非(fei)線(xian)性(xing)負(fu)載,所以(yi)在使用(yong)(yong)過程(cheng)中都(dou)(dou)會(hui)產生(sheng)諧波(bo)。2、小(xiao)區配

4.2電網(wang)諧波的危害

1)引起零(ling)序(xu)諧(xie)波,并(bing)造成三相(xiang)不(bu)平衡(heng),降低供電(dian)質量:

圖3為某小區配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室加裝有源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力濾波器前(qian)后電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流波形對比(bi)。在(zai)安裝APF裝置前(qian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)流中3、5、7次諧波含量(liang)較大,APF投(tou)入(ru)使用后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流中3、5、7次諧波含量(liang)幾乎全部被(bei)濾除(chu),同時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波形得到改善,提(ti)高了供電(dian)(dian)(dian)質量(liang)。
