摘要:消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備電源(yuan)(yuan)監控系統(tong)作為(wei)一種預報(bao)(bao)警系統(tong),可以(yi)提前對(dui)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備電源(yuan)(yuan)故障進報(bao)(bao)警,避免火災(zai)發(fa)生(sheng)時消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備不(bu)能正常使(shi)用(yong),能有效降低消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備非正常投入使(shi)用(yong)的發(fa)生(sheng)率。根據《消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)控制室通用(yong)技術要(yao)求》中對(dui)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備電源(yuan)(yuan)的要(yao)求,簡要(yao)探討了消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備電源(yuan)(yuan)監控系統(tong)的組(zu)成、安裝及施(shi)工調(diao)試(shi),闡(chan)述了消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)設(she)備電源(yuan)(yuan)監控系統(tong)作為(wei)一種新生(sheng)的監控措施(shi),其組(zu)成部分、設(she)置(zhi)場所、安裝要(yao)求及*后調(diao)試(shi)要(yao)求。

1、概論

建(構)筑物的消防安全很大程度上取決(jue)于消防設(she)備(bei)的好壞,而(er)消防設(she)備(bei)能否(fou)正常工(gong)作(zuo)又取決(jue)于供(gong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的工(gong)作(zuo)狀態。一(yi)直以來,因消防設(she)備(bei)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)失(shi)控造成消防設(she)備(bei)失(shi)靈(ling),致使(shi)火災蔓(man)延的事情(qing)屢有發(fa)生(sheng),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)在社會(hui)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)緊張、設(she)備(bei)質量(liang)不佳、安全意識淡(dan)薄的時期(qi),這一(yi)問題顯得(de)尤(you)為突出。因此,如(ru)何從技(ji)防手段上實現對消防設(she)備(bei)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的實時監測,一(yi)直受到(dao)公(gong)安消防部門的高(gao)度重視。2011年(nian)7月1日開始貫徹實施(shi)的國(guo)家標準化管(guan)理委員(yuan)會(hui)于2011年(nian)12月30日批(pi)準發(fa)布(bu),于2012年(nian)8月1日起(qi)實施(shi) 。

2、消防設備電源監控系統主要組成及功能

2.1消防設備電源監控(kong)系統(tong)組成

消防設備電(dian)源監控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)作為消防聯動控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)必(bi)要(yao)子系(xi)統(tong)(tong),一(yi)般設置在消防控制心,由電(dian)源狀(zhuang)態(tai)監控主機、監控傳感器(包括(kuo)電(dian)壓傳感器、電(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感器、電(dian)壓/電(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感器等全部或(huo)部分組成)及系(xi)統(tong)(tong)總線組成。

4、消防設備電源監控系統的安裝及調試

4.1 消防(fang)設備電(dian)源監控(kong)系統的安(an)裝(zhuang)

在消防(fang)控(kong)制(zhi)室內,消防(fang)設(she)備(bei)電(dian)源(yuan)狀態監控(kong)器(qi)發出的報(bao)(bao)警(jing)信息和(he)故障信息應(ying)與火(huo)災(zai)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)信息有明顯(xian)區(qu)別(bie),同(tong)時它對消防(fang)控(kong)制(zhi)室內的報(bao)(bao)警(jing)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)、圖(tu)形(xing)顯(xian)示器(qi)裝(zhuang)置及其它消防(fang)設(she)備(bei)的供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)也(ye)要進行監控(kong),故主(zhu)機要獨立運(yun)行,不可由其它主(zhu)機代替,但(dan)可與其它主(zhu)機同(tong)裝(zhuang)在一個柜(ju)體中。

4.1.1 消(xiao)防設備(bei)電源(yuan)狀(zhuang)態監控器的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)

消防設備電源(yuan)狀態監控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)的(de)安裝設置可以參照《火災 自動報警系統(tong)設計規范》對火災報警控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)的(de)有(you)關規定,安裝要(yao)牢(lao)固(gu)(gu),不(bu)得(de)傾斜,安裝在(zai)(zai)輕(qing)質(zhi)墻上時(shi),應(ying)(ying)采取加固(gu)(gu)措(cuo)施。引(yin)入監控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)的(de)電纜或導(dao)線(xian)(xian),端子(zi)板(ban)的(de)每個接線(xian)(xian)端,接線(xian)(xian)不(bu)得(de)超過 2根(gen);電纜芯和導(dao)線(xian)(xian),應(ying)(ying)留有(you)不(bu)小于20em的(de)余量(liang);導(dao)線(xian)(xian)應(ying)(ying)綁(bang)扎成束;引(yin)入線(xian)(xian)穿管后,在(zai)(zai)進出管處應(ying)(ying)封堵;電纜芯線(xian)(xian)和所配導(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)端部,均應(ying)(ying)標(biao)明編(bian)號,并(bing)與(yu)圖紙一致,字跡(ji)清晰(xi)不(bu)易褪色;控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)的(de)主電源(yuan)引(yin)入線(xian)(xian),應(ying)(ying)直(zhi)接與(yu)消防電源(yuan)連接,嚴禁使用(yong)電源(yuan)插頭。監控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)的(de)接地,應(ying)(ying)牢(lao)固(gu)(gu),并(bing)有(you)明顯標(biao)志。

4.1.2 消(xiao)防設備電源傳感(gan)器的安裝

消防(fang)設備電(dian)源(yuan)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)宜獨立安裝(zhuang)在傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)箱內,放置在配電(dian)箱附近,并預留與配電(dian)箱接線(xian)端子。當不(bu)具備單獨安裝(zhuang)條件時(shi),傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)亦可安裝(zhuang)在配電(dian)箱內,但不(bu)能對(dui)供(gong)電(dian)主回(hui)路產生(sheng)影響(xiang),應盡量保持(chi)一定距離,并有明顯標志消防(fang)設備電(dian)源(yuan)監控傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)的安裝(zhuang)。安裝(zhuang)方式見(jian)圖1~6。

4.2消防設備電源監控系(xi)統的(de)施工調試

消防設備電源監控系統安裝完畢,將系統通電后,按照《消防設備電源監控系統》分別對傳感器和監控設備逐個進行單機通電功能檢查,應按現國家標準和使用說明書的要求。在備用電源連續充放電3次后,主電源和備用電源應能自動切換。功能正常后,監控系統可進行正常調試,待監控系統連續運行12h后,按表1填寫系統調試表。調試完成后應有詳細監控點的報警值參數設置記錄,相應監控點的地址及對應安裝位置信息記錄。5、安科瑞消防設備電源監控系統選項及介紹
