諧波電能表PZ系列提供一種電(dian)能表(biao)諧(xie)波試(shi)驗(yan)裝置及其方(fang)法,所述(shu)裝置包括三(san)相(xiang)交流(liu)程控(kong)源、電(dian)流(liu)諧(xie)波發生(sheng)器(qi)、標準(zhun)表(biao)和誤差(cha)計(ji)算器(qi);所述(shu)三(san)相(xiang)交流(liu)程控(kong)源、電(dian)流(liu)諧(xie)波發生(sheng)器(qi)、標準(zhun)表(biao)和誤差(cha)計(ji)算器(qi)依次連接。
諧波電表所述方法包括:
(1)三相交流程控源和電流諧波發生器產生所需參數;
(2)將所需參數提供給被校表和標準表;
(3)經被校表和標準表的電能脈沖比對計算出誤差;
(4)并與產生正弦波的電源下的誤差進行比較,檢驗出誤差影響量。
本發明(ming)能有效(xiao)地實(shi)(shi)現(xian)電(dian)壓、電(dian)流(liu)高(gao)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)直流(liu)偶次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),奇(qi)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)輸出,并對直流(liu)偶次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)、次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)、奇(qi)次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)這三種諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)進行切換,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)一次(ci)接(jie)線可進行多個(ge)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)試驗。目前由(you)于大(da)量的(de)(de)非線性用電(dian)設(she)備的(de)(de)增加(jia),在電(dian)網(wang)中產生(sheng)大(da)量的(de)(de)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo),給電(dian)力電(dian)子裝置帶來的(de)(de)諧(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)問題,對電(dian)力系統安(an)全、穩定、經(jing)濟(ji)運行構成(cheng)潛在威(wei)脅和對電(dian)能計量產生(sheng)影響(xiang),給周圍(wei)電(dian)網(wang)運行帶來極(ji)大(da)影響(xiang)。
主要(yao)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)兩類:一是含半(ban)導體的非(fei)(fei)線(xian)(xian)性元件,如(ru)各(ge)種(zhong)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)、變流(liu)(liu)器、交直流(liu)(liu)換流(liu)(liu)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)、變頻器等(deng)節(jie)能(neng)和(he)(he)控(kong)制(zhi)用(yong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei);二(er)是含電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧和(he)(he)鐵磁非(fei)(fei)線(xian)(xian)性設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的使(shi)用(yong),如(ru)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧爐及鐵磁諧(xie)振設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)等(deng)。隨著(zhu)硅整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧爐及可(ke)控(kong)硅換流(liu)(liu)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的廣泛使(shi)用(yong)和(he)(he)各(ge)種(zhong)非(fei)(fei)線(xian)(xian)性負荷的增加,當正(zheng)(zheng)弦(xian)基波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)施(shi)加于非(fei)(fei)線(xian)(xian)性設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)時,非(fei)(fei)線(xian)(xian)性設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的正(zheng)(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)(bo)產(chan)生影(ying)響(xiang),使(shi)其(qi)產(chan)生高(gao)次諧(xie)波(bo)(bo),諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)注入(ru)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中,造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)正(zheng)(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)(bo)形畸變,這些設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)就成了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統的諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)源。諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)表(biao)計量(liang)的影(ying)響(xiang)越來越受到人們的重視,所以就需要(yao)一種(zhong)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)源來測試諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)表(biao)計量(liang)誤差(cha)影(ying)響(xiang)量(liang)的檢驗。
諧波電(dian)表(biao)價(jia)格采用交流采樣技術,能分(fen)別(bie)測量電(dian)網中的電(dian)流、電(dian)壓、功率、功率因數(shu)和電(dian)能等參數(shu),可通過面(mian)板薄膜開(kai)關設置倍率。帶RS-485通訊接口,采用Modbus或Profibus協議;也可將電(dian)量信號(hao)轉(zhuan)換成標準的直流模擬信號(hao)輸出(chu);或帶開(kai)關量輸入/輸出(chu),繼電(dian)器(qi)報警輸出(chu)等功能。
